I have had 2 periods in three weeks. My first one was very abnormal, two weeks early, heavy, clotty, dark, and long (6 days when mine are usually 3-4 and I am super light to where I just need a liner). Then my second one was a week later and it was normal. I called my doctor and she said it could have been a miscarriage but I was out of town. I am still very nauseous and have other symptoms of pregnancy but I took a home test and it said it was negative. I would be 4-6 weeks. Could I be pregnant?

Pregnancy is possible, but unlikely since you have had a period.
If you think you may be pregnant than wait until your next period. If you miss it then test again. Make sure to use first morning urine.

I just can't seem to find another reason I would be so nauseous and exhausted all the time, headaches, back aches, cramping... I have been under a great deal of stress.

There are many other reasons for the symptoms you're experiencing. Flu, stress, another illness, PMS, etc. Pregnancy isn't the only thing that produces the symptoms you're feeling.
The only way to diagnose pregnancy is with a pregnancy test. Symptoms aren't reliable.
