When I'm in a relationship, I need 100% attention. I always attract wrong men and I fall for them too! But now, I am looking for a nice guy. I have trust issues and am looking for someone honest, faithful and loyal. I just met this wonderful guy last month, he is super sweet, giving, generous, loyal and down to earth. At first I liked him, because he gives me lots and lots of attention but now, I'm getting bored and tired already! What is my problem? Can somebody help me? I'm 40 and don't want to be single for the rest of my life.. I don't want to lose this guy either.. how can I convince myself that he is the right choice for me? I don't want to mess this up..

Be patient and take it easy. Think it over before you do it.

Why do you need 100% attention? Have you spent anytime alone, without having someone?
Maybe you should spend sometime with yourself, getting to know yourself, being comfortable with you, then you won't be so needy with someone else.

Heythere.

Well this guy he seems like a keeper, honestly. What other guy will give you sweet, generous, loyal and down to earth attention.I think that this Problem of yours of getting tried and lonely, is from previous relationships or something's that making you feel uneasy, like you can't trust them, maybe rape at a young age, or relationships that have hurt you deeply. I don't know what it is, I can't judge, but maybe just relax a little and talk to a close friend about it. Another thing is relying on a guy for happiness, have a girl weekend, prove to yourself that you don't need anyone. You're older and mature enough to think for yourself, but leaving him because you're bored, doesn't make any sense. Maybe take it easy, go on holiday or something, just give yourself a break. I reckon go on holiday with him, have time away from everyone & everything, and tell him how you feel. If you're not into them , then don't lead him on. You'll get through this, promise.

It could be that he not the right choice for you. He may be a wonderful guy but not the one for you. Don't make yourself stay with someone because you don't want to miss a trip, or because you don't want to be alone.
