Yes with a friend, and small tools. Is a class 7 pole, 25 foot, 5 foot in the ground.

As a matter of course we install them (and everyone else does too) plumb and tamped in, besides, concrete would make it awful hard to replace later on. not to mention driving a ground rod next to it, or taking a pipe out the bottom to feed whatever it is you're doing.
Completely unnecessary unless they're stealing poles now too!

When I run wires under movil home do I need to put pipe, or can I run my romex cable with staples.

No I don't have space for machines. I will use a soport (2 x 4 wood to build an H), a strong cord, and a polea (spanis word). That is it.
