Insufficient consideration

Are you asking for the definition or an application of insufficient consideration or something very specific?

What I know about this is based from employment experience - that an employee, once terminated or resigns, cannot compete with the previous employer by duplication of the same services and obtaining the same clients. A non-compete agreement.
