Tenants evicted by sheriff with writ. Trespassing notice posted by sheriff. No written request rec'd by them to store belongings. They have truckloads of stuff/junk in the yard and 10 cords of wood (Alot of wood) I did allow some of their friends to come onto property to get it, but there is still tons. I do not want them on my property now, how quickly do I legally have to get it to the sidewalk?

You did not say where you live, but in Georgia it is done when the sheriff is there doing the eviction. You would hire a crew to do it while court officer is present

Do not assume that you may haul it to the sidewalk. What you should do is give them a written notice to the effect that you will throw it out unless they make arrangements to come and get it. As Fr_Chuck suggested, we would need to know where you are before we point to the abandoned property statute in your jurisdiction. That would contain the specific requirements.
