I have been married since 2007. Her and I have a child in 2009. I left after my daughter was 6months old. When I found out that my wife still contact to her ex-boyfriend. I have been forgiven her several time she cheated but I can't take it anymore. We have been apart more than three years now. I would like to file paper work to dirvoce. I will pay for child support base on % of my income to help my child have better life when her mother and I can't live retrieve our relationship anymore. My wife will never sign any paper work because she is tradictional Catholic. Anyway that I can do to get this case move. I live in Florida 15yrs already. This is a lesson for whom want to get married oversea too.. any help will be appreciated..

P/S: I hired an attorney to help me and after I paid all the fees to her. She told me that I don't want to do anymore. She try to find a way to run away from my phone call or shorten our conversation when I want to know how far we have been done. If I hire another lawyer will cost me a lot and start everything from beginning. My case has been file over a year already..

Please don't say anything nasty to me because I do see your point of view. But I am speaking as a girl who has lived Ina house with unhappy parents for 3 years now. I of course hate seeing my family this way my little siblings are to naïve to see what's going on but I don't think our family would survive a divorce. My friend is a child in a divorced home and it has scared him for life it will never be o.k. To your child if you and your wife get divorced. You need to really talk this over with your wife. Have you been through counseling? If your wife is religious enough to not divorce then why is she cheating on you?
