What rights do Adult Children have to a Home if both were living in home at time of both parents Death. The Mom died 1st and left everything to Dad, then Dad died and didn't have will. Both Adults are living in home and sharing bills, 1 is legally blind and forcing the other 1 out. The second 1 because he has a criminal pass if afraid to leave in home because the brother keeps threating to call police and LIE on him stated he's afraid and to place order of protection out so he can't live there. The 1st brother put his name on bills but property insurance has BOTH names on it. What rights do either of them have and can 1 out the other out for ANY reason?
