I am 37 weeks pregnant with my third child. The two nights ago I went to the hospital because I was having severe back pains and the doctor told me that I was having contractions, some were even showing up on the moniter that I didn't feel, I was 1 1/2 cm dilated and that I was 80% effaced. I am still having contractions. Does this mean labor will be coming before my due date? Will they end up inducing me before my due date if it doesn't happen naturally if I continue to dilate or thin more?
