Assalamualaykum , I am a second wife but I still live in a house that is half owned by myself and my ex. My ex doesn't care about rules that he can't enter the house so wenever he cums to see or fetch kids who live with me he enters the house. My new husband has a problem with this an I understand but my ex still pays the full bond of house and the rates and electricity. Meaning that he is paying the roof over my head. How do I solvee this problem its creating between my new husband and I

How about moving to another house which you and your new husband pay for. Or buy the house from your ex. That is not a good situation. It is stealing your privacy and it appears he is doing it on purpose.

Yes my ex wants to sell the house because he wants his portion but I don't work so I'm not in a position to sell. Also islamically I feeel that my new husband shouldve bought my ex out or offer to pay the bond considering I too live there. Then my ex wouldn't feel he has the rite to in to see the kids
