I recently started having sex about two months ago. I experienced the normal bleeding after the first time but it was also painful. After that I have been experiencing no pleasure during sex which came with pain and bleeding. I was diagnosed with BV and got antibiotics for it and it got worse and turned into a yeast infection which I am currently being treated for. I know these can cause bleeding and pain, but will it also effect my ability to orgasm because I have no been able to orgasm or experience and type of pleasure and his is my first partner? If you are experiencing pain while having sex it is extremely hard to orgasm. The reason for this is because your mind is only focusing on the pain. When your in pain chances are that you want him to stop injecting himself in you. I'm sorry but with pain and bleeding there is no way you can orgasm due to the mind.
