I am always tired all day, every day. I exercise daily, generally eat pretty healthy. I can get 6 hours of sleep, or 10 hours of sleep and still seems like it is not enough. I eat a lot of fruit, and often veggies. I alos drink plenty of water and milk. Recently I started taking vitamin c pills. Any idea why this could be?

Could be you need an iron supplement.
