I am un married single mum in uk. My ex partner and I share a child and he has also raised my elder daughter as his own since she was 2 (she is now 6) we sadly separated but we share our children equally and amicably, my eldest daughter calls him dad and has not seen her biological father since she was 2. He is on her birth cert but has agreed to relinquish his parental responsibility. Can my daughter then be adopted by my ex partner who she considers to be her dad?
