Is it possible to get a vaccination that ends up attacking your immune system- thus, giving you the disease that was being vaccinated to begin with? If so, how could it happen? What type of ingredient could do that?
I am doing research for a project and I would like to make it as detailed and educated as possible.

I am writing about YELLOW FEVER.
So it would be about either the Arilvax or Stamaril vaccine.

First, you want to establish that this can happen and has happened with other vaccines.
I'll put on my librarian hat and do some prelim research for you.

THANK YOU!
All my research has been dead ends.

1. Establish that the specific disease (and others?) can occur with a vaccine, and cite examples.
2. describe the two drugs as per medical description. http://www.mydr.com.au/cmis/ReducedPDFs/CMR06179.pdf
3. cite cases where those two drugs caused disease and illness including Yellow Fever symptoms.

This is interesting, with encephalitis as one result of this vaccine.

You're in high school or college?

College. It's not really for school. Kind of a personal research project.

Why personal research?

For something I am writing.
I want to have something that can be legitimate. Something backed with knowledge.
