My daughter is 2years and 8months old. She can only say a few word correctly but most of the time, she just talks and talks which we cannot understand. We would like to send her to a hospital to check what is the root cause.

The root cause is her age. Very few 2 year olds can carry on a conversation. Most of them have a very limited vocabulary.
