Me and my boyfriend had sex on October 23 2012 to be exact. It was my first time so it barely went in. Maybe only the tip. He had precummed maybe 10 min before. When he tried putting it in, it barley even fit! Becase of that we kept trying but I was too tight and he wasn't even hard anymore. My period is a week late and I am stressing so much of being pregnant! Can I be pregnant?

Yes, you could be pregnant.

How did he precum before you had sex? Do you know what precum is? It's the lubricant that makes his penis slippery enough to go in. You can't wipe it off, and it's not something you can do, it just happens. He may have ejaculated 10 minutes before you had sex, but there was still pre when you had sex.

Fact is, there's enough sperm in pre-ejaculate to get you pregnant, and the penis doesn't even have to go in to get the job done, it just needs to be near the vaginal opening. Since his penis did go in, yes, you could be pregnant.

Wait another week. If you don't get your period than take a pregnancy test using first morning urine. If you want to lower the risk of pregnancy than use protection.

But like I read that precum doesn't have too much sperm in it.
And that supposebly if you stress about being pregnant your period can come late

Do you know how many sperm it takes to get pregnant? One. Only one. So, if someone put a gun in your hand and said "Don't worry, there's not that many bullets in it", would you put it to your head and pull the trigger? Of course not, because it only takes one bullet to kill you, just like it only takes one sperm to get pregnant. Trust me, there's more than one sperm in precum.

Yes, if you stress your period can come late. It happens all the time. But there's a definite possibility that your period is late because you're pregnant. You had unprotected sex.

You'll have to wait and test.

I'm sure you are. It's a stressful thing. But if you choose to have sex, this is a stress you'll have to get used to, because every time you have sex, even if you use protection, pregnancy is possible.

I know you want me to say that your period is late because you're stressed, and that is a possibility. But, you could be pregnant, you had unprotected sex. There's no way I can reassure you that you're not pregnant, because it is a possibility.

You'll have to wait and see, test in week or two with first morning urine if you still haven't gotten your period. If the test is negative (false negatives are very common), than wait until your next period. If you miss it too than test again or see a doctor for a more accurate blood test. That's really the only option you have.

If you are pregnant and you decide you can't handle being a mom, you do have options. But lets find out if you're pregnant first, okay?

I know you are. It is scary. I've been there a few times myself, and luckily I dodged the bullet.

But, even if you are, you have options. Pregnancy doesn't mean that you have to be a mom. There's abortion and adoption. But before you stress yourself out to the point where you are missing your period due to stress, which is stressing you out more, just wait and see. Don't put the cart before the horse, okay?

If you are pregnant than post here and we'll help you figure out your options. I'll be here and I'll be brutally honest with you, like I have since you posted. But I'll also be here to help. You're not alone, we'll help if you need it.

Deep breath. Whatever is, already is, and stressing about it won't change it, it will just make it worse.
