Hi
Im 19 years old from L.A I weight 190lbs I've been eating and working out to gain muscle and I have achieved some of it. I did gain muscle but I gained fat as well. Now I want to start cutting and look more lean and muscular but I need your help :(
Can you guyz help me how to cut do I have to eat less? Do I have to work out with less weights?
What type of food I should cut?
How many times a day I should eat and what type of foods?
