Do you mean a grass median or a median barrier such as a concrete barrier or guard rail?

Depends on the speed you were traveling, whether the underside of the car landed on the curb etc.
This is usually an alignment issue but the impact could have loosened a part or wiring or hoses or fuel lines, especially if the car landed on the concrete curb.
Your original comment indicates that you suspect a fuel problem. Are there any fuel leakage indications?
Aside from contacting a mechanic, my suggestion would be to look for leaks, any hoses or wires that may be off their connectors (including vaccuum hoses and emission control components), and possibly looking carefully under the hood in darkness for any electrical sparking or arcing.
If there was contact with the undercarriage (or oil pan), any number of components could have been shifted in the engine compartment.
Did the non-running symptom start immediately after getting back on the road or later?

When your Camry stops running, are you losing ignition spark or are you losing fuel pressure?
