Ok, this is probably a silly question, but it's been bugging me forever!
K so I"m 5 foot 5 and a size 2. I'm very very small and everyone says I'm really tiny. I exercise a lot and work out all the time. I eat alot but it doesn't matter because I work out so much that it's okay. I'm also very muscular. My question is, how the heck is it possible that I weigh 135 pounds???? People have guessed my weight and think I'm around 95-110 pounds. I would think someone my size would be that weight, but I"m 135! I know it's just a number, but it bugs the crap out of me to know that I'm 135 pounds, when a friend who is larger than me wieghs 116! I just don't understand! I know I have a lot of leg, arm, and ab muscle, but come on, does it really add on that much weight? I'm just curious because right now I'm convinced that every scale is out to get me. Thanks so much. :)

Hun, you have to understand that muscle weighs more than fat. So, if you look at it in this light:

A 260 pound woman who begins to exercise loses 5 inches in her waist, but she gains 5 pounds. What happens is that she has lost fat but gained muscle.

With your measurements, you sound absolutley perfect!!

Thanks so much for answering my question, as long as I know it's normal. Thanks!
