Is there a publisher out there who specializes in child book publishing?
I'm not talking about to publish a children's book. But one who actually will publish a book that a child wrote?

Also, ant good places to find an editor?

You could always self publish.

Getting a publisher to look at a book when you have no representation, is very hard.

If you believe in the book than self publish, it will cost between $250 - $5000 depending on the package you go with.

Several publishers have published books children have written.

I am a freelance editor.

Self publishing through Smashwords is totally free. The marketing will be YOUR responsibility, to get people to purchase it.

My all time favorite is "The Outsiders" written by a teen girl. :)
