There could be a few different reasons. Unfortunately those units have to be serviced by a professional boiler tech who has had some Weil McClain training or who knows exactly how they work. They are not user friendly when it comes to service or installation. Sorry.

You said it hvac1000. These things are very specific about installation, and I mean VERY. And trouble shooting takes the knowledge of a Weil McClain trained and skilled tech. These newer boilers are a completely different ballgame from the old school boilers. I would suggest contacting the original installer to have them check things out. If the boiler was not installed by a professional company, then I would suggest contacting a profession company that deals in Weil McClain. Good luck, and please let us know how things work out.
