My husband and I are trying to get pregnant I had my Miraina taken out the end of July and have a regular 28 day cycles since. I was due for my period on the 30th and still have not gotten it (3 days late) I took 2 test before my missed period and one yesterday( in the middle of the day) all negative. I have been having slight nausea for the last week. I have heard some people get negative test but are pregnant because of the miraina and any one else experienced this? What should I do?

Most women don't get an accurate result only 3 days after a missed period, especially if the directions on the pregnancy test aren't followed, and all pregnancy tests tell you to use first morning urine. You didn't.

Wait another week or two. If you haven't gotten your period than test again using first morning urine. If that test is negative wait until your next period is due. If you miss it than test again or see a doctor for a more accurate blood test.

Three days is not considered late in the medical community for even the most regular of women.

You should wait another week or two to see if your period comes. If not, test using first morning urine as it is more accurate.
