I had a burlary undwelling and grand theft charged against me. My exgirlfriend dropped it and the state took over. The judge made me pay restitution before trial and assured me I would be fine. But the state still took prosecuted me. Can I get my felons sealed.its my first and only thing I was arrested for all my life. Is there any thing I can apply for that's for someone as me in this situation?

Hello c:
You won't be allowed a medical career with a felony conviction.. Expunging it won't help either..

Something wrong, if the judge ruled a specific ruling, the DA can't still charge you.
Sounds like you had no lawyer?? But all of the plea deals would have been done though DA office and should be in writing.
But no, you can not normally have a nursing license, You can get a review by the state, but even if you somehow got it, with a felony you won't be able to work at almost any location.
You need to find a new field of work
