Been with my boyfriend for 3 years we have a 2 year old an an I'm pregnant with the second baby we have broken up a lot of times in those years but he always call me back he's 10 years older than me an he has a nasty attitude thinks I should wait on him hand an feet an I shouldn't go any were but work but he can hang out at home with his friends an sometimes leave for a few hours at night going to other guys house drinking but its s problem when I do it we don't have sex often an I don't have feelings sexual for him we font talk yo each other unless he ask me a question or I ask him something I don't njo what's going on with him when I ask he font say do I leave but he calls for me to come back but it's the same thing what should I do go he want me or what's the problem

This wasn't planned I'm having a hard time dealing with this I found out I was pregnant a month after I left he uses the baby to get me back its fine for a while but the same situation starts I can take care of me an my kids without him I have feelings for him maybe I need to move on an stay gone but we have the baby that looks for him when we're apart an he do the same I need some advice this is not healthy an I don't want to take the baby from him but I don't want to be there what do I do
