Please start at the beginning. Was this your house? Who was in court? Was this a buy back by the lender?

A summary judgment providing for a judicial foreclosure? Possible, depending on what, if anything, defendant offered in opposition.
What state? What's the question?

Only one person representing the bank has to be in court.
Document copies can be obtained from the court. But didn't she get copies?
What papers do you want to file?

We don't know how to get the documents...
Was your sister defaulted? If so, it is not required that she be mailed copies. Go to the clerk of court, ask to see the file, and ask for copies of whatever you want.
