I have a child with a man that gets SSI for being bipolar.. I have been told that I can not get child support in the state of OH for my son due to him being on SSI, and thati was pretty much on my own to raise my child. My son is his 8th child and there is a 9th on the way and he doesn't support any of them! How do I get help?
