My 1999 villager air conditioning compressor is cycling on and off in full blown heat mode. In the mean time the engine is over heating. The fan seems to be cycling on and off but only on for a few seconds at a time. The top radiator hose is hot the bottom radiator hose is also hot. Any body have any suggestions?
