I really like this guy but I'm not to sure of he likes me back. Sometimes he flirts with me but then he does it to others girls to?? What do I do?

There's really only one way to find out how someone else feels about you, and that's to ask them. There's no way for anyone, not a friend or someone on the internet, to tell you how he feels about you. Only he knows.

If you want to ask him out, than do it. He either says yes, or no. Either way you'll figure out then how he feels about you.

I agree with them ^ and have you ever thought that maybe he is just a flirty person? Just pointing that out so you don't like every guy who flirts with you... Good luck and I reallly hope you took the advise above because it was said perfectly!
