Ducaine heat pump is showing anti short cycleing code ----ac works great --- tried to put test pin on defrost board and the rlay on the defrorst board just chatters --- but every thing works when on ac -----the defrost bord has been replaced and it still dose the same??

Check all of the low voltage connections. If you find any loose or dirty fix those issues.
