Kenmore dishwaser 66516919001 fills and drains water but will not spray water during cycles. Problem occurred after I tripped the breaker on kitchen counter receptacle. While using juicer earlier that day I tripped the receptacle breaker on the kitchen counter a couple of times. Later that day I started the dishwasher. . At beginning of full wash, control panned indicates led 97. After the display had reached 45, I opened the dishwasher because it seamed too quite. That is when I noticed that there is water in the unit but it is not spraying. I pushed the trip button on the receptacle that I tripped earlier and discovered that this also controlled the power to the dishwasher. Pushed cancel on the machine and it pumped out the water.
Started machine again. Everything seams normal. No lights blinking and water fills base of machine. Then as the machine changes from fill to wash 97 to 95 it does not spray water. Instead, if I listen carefully you can hear a humming sound as if an electric motor was locked.
I was hoping that maybe this problem could be corrected by a reset button on the motor. Is there a reset switch on this motor: Or any other ideas for correcting this problem. Thank you in advance for any answers or suggestions. Ein
