They broke into my room a couple of times, I found change missing not much so I just took everything of value out but I don't want to keep it in my car either. You want these people out? In order to get a court eviction order against them you will probably have to give them prior notice in writing. The period of notice will depend on your jurisdiction and whether they agreed to pay you rent.

Or, you could call the police and report them for theft.

You waited a YEAR without doing anything? Why?
