Okay, so it goes something like this:
Guy(the singer) is walking on a boardwalk towards the camera, and the camera is moving away from him. He is wearing sunglasses I believe and a blue shirt(not shirt but I can't explain it/don't know the name for it). It's kind of sunny I think it was. There's just normal people walking around on the sidewalk, boardwalk is only for him. Rather quickly dancers come in(on the boardwalk) and dance around him and then leave the shot again. They appear and re-appear a couple of times. One thing they do is they get in a line in front of the camera with the singer all the way at the back and then it's like, they all do this thing with their arms, can't really explain it any other way. That's basically all I can remember. It's been boggling my mind for a long time and if no one knows the answer I don't think I'll ever find it. And it's an american(or english, but I'm assuming it's american, pretty sure it's shot in USA) singing I forgot to say.
