I was arrested for DUI and blew a .313.When I got out 24 hours later they put a scram on me.As soon as I left the sheriffs office I went to a hospital and got blood tests done.40 hours after the arrest I took a EtG test.All 3 test came back without a trace.I had 7 drinks over a five hour period,so I know I couldn't have been .313.Shouldnt these test results prove that in court.

I am guessing the judge will side with the evidence which supports law enforcement and not you.

I have a good friend that is a defense attorney and used to be a prosecuting attorney. If this is your first offense the best way to deal with this is enroll in a alcohol counseling program. That will show the judge you are taking personal responsibility for your actions.
