Well my dog Bear is not eating his food and I don't know why he is not eating.

when my dog gets sick her vet told me to feed her boild chicken breast with nothing no flavor or anything and plain white rice. Let bear eat for a few days and it'll be gentle on his stomach. =)

This is not a lot to go on, but if your dog is not eating a vet visit is in order to rule out medical issues.
Healthy dogs will not starve themselves.
Your title says he is sick, has he been to the vet and been diagnosed with something?
Or are you saying "sick" for other reasons.
A little more info would be helpful.
