I have been unable to work since suffering life threatening medical conditions in 2001 in the BOP. I was on idle the entire time due to the medical diagnosis being permanent. I went through Half way house and had 3 years supervised release. My probation officer ask th court to determine whether I could work or if he had doone enough. But also he did not ask for me to be violated in the petition. My disablity claim is before a administartive judge as we speak. The medical file shows the conditions do exist's and that they are permanent. The were verified by the SSI doctoers choice. The only issue is whether I can work and pay restitution. My supervised release date is up on 2/23/2014. There are no incidences. I filed my reports and they reflect Nothing. What time am I looking at if violated sometime in March (next hearing) of 2013?

You can get the max, if the judge decides it is the right thing, all the time. Seldom happens, The issue is the evidence of the disability.

For example, I know men who can not move their body from neck down and work. I know a man with one leg and he teaches Karate. So it may depend on how bad you really are and the criminal judges belief in if that is really keeping you from working
