Hello. I’m 23 years old and I've always been a horny guy. I've been with this girl for 3 years I was her first and I don't know maybe because she made me wait for it for almost 2 years I developed feelings for her.

Now I only have to be around her and my penis would be as hard as it could get. The sex is great I mean I could go for hours with her I could have an orgasm and still keep going until she tells me to stop. The problem I'm having is that with any other girl I can't get hard, is like I don’t even be horny. I want to know what’s happening to me. I mean is very embarrassing when you're trying to do someone and your thing doesn't get hard. Please help me understand what’s happening to me and if anyone has a solution please share it with me please.

So you can get hard with your little lady but for any other woman?

Why would you need to be hard for anyone else?

It is probably psychological, that would be my guess.

For clarification: Are you in a relationship with the female who arouses you?

You do not seem to be talking about masturbation. If you were, why would it be embarrassing to not be able to become aroused by porn or erotica when the real thing is so great?

If you are in a relationship, it probably should be difficult to be able to 'do' someone other than your girlfriend. Part of being in a committed relationship that is based on love and trust is not acting like stag in rut.

Is there a reason why, if you are in a relationship, you should be able to have sex with someone outside your relationship?

If you are not in a relationship with the female who arouses you, then it is a mental block. Time, distance from the relationship, letting the past go and healing, making new memories, etc. should help. If the block continues, you may need the help of a therapist. Sometimes it helps to work through thoughts, memories, etc. with a neutral person who can help put the thoughts and feelings in their proper place.

I hope what you are having is a guilty conscious about being a lousy lying cheater.

You love her. Deal with it. It's a beautiful thing. Why are you trying to be with other women anyway?
