We have a laptop (SAMSUNG Q25 Model) and we were using it for about an year without any problems. And suddenly now there some problem with its USB ports.

All the USB ports in the laptop are detected and installed, but when I connect a flash disk or mouse or keyboard, it doesn't detect any of them.

I tried reinstalling the OS,, but didn't help.
I tried upgrading the BIOS version... still didn't help..

Does anyone else have the same experience??

Feroz...

Not familiar with the Samsung, but you might want to try a powered USB hub. See if that works, there could be a problem with the +5V pin from the USB port.

Yes, PCMCIA USB Hub works well now! Would have been great if the original ports were possible to fix.. . but anyway that 's SAMSUNG .
