Hello... I do cleaning of offices weekly in the Massachusetts area. One of my offices just opened a new office and asked me to do the post construction cleaning. I have no idea what to charge. It took me 11 hours to clean... and it was so hard to do much harder than my regular weekly cleaning... scrubbing all surfaces except the windows. And inside cabinets... alot of them and the hardest part... scrubbing paint off linoleum floors... 7 of them... its a dentists office

However... I don't think I can charge what I make weekly... it seems like it would be too much. I avg 2 hours of cleaning weekly for 75 dollars at this office. That would be over 300 dollars. Any thoughts

Hello Dreamer,

You state that it took you 11 hours, were these man hours or total hours?

In other words, If it took 11 hours total besides yourself how many other people helped?

What I am saying is, if two people total were there to work and you were there 11 hours then your man hours are 22 hours total.

If you can please respond to this then we can discuss total billing for this construction clean up.
