How do I login using my phone? When I put my password it says it's a wong password.

It has probably locked you out because of too many attempts to enter the correct number/pw without success. I managed to get myself into a similar situation a few weeks ago and called customer service for my carrier and they had a special access number to enter order to reset and start over. That number had never been given to me in any manuals or other paperwork that came with the phone. I won't mention the company but they were very courteous and helpful and my phone was just a paper weight until they straightened it out.

You need to make sure that you are typing it in correctly with either caps on or caps off.
