It's from 80s or early 90s'. Its about an alien killing bunch of people and some police detective ends up finding this alien mind reading chick who needs to team up with him to kill it. It can change shape so it takes form of people. And the end they go to the crashed spaceship under the ocean, which brought the alien and the chick here, and they beat it and sink the alien ship.
