Was it cleaned properly prior to the second person using it? If so, it's highly unlikely that it can be spread that way. The longer the disease is outside of the body, the weaker it becomes (or so I've been told). And with proper cleaning, it shouldn't be an issue. Though it's safer to always have your own toys rather than to share with a partner.

I'm not sure if it was cleaned I don't think so. I keep reading and seeing the bacteria doesn't live outside the body.

The length of time the vibrator was out was probably long enough for the chlamydia bacteria to die off. So chances are that there wasn't enough there to cause an infection. You should still go and get tested.
Also you should always clean toys well between uses. Regardless of who uses them. There are a lot of bacteria that are hardy enough to live outside the body. Some are STIs, some are other bacteria or viruses.
If you're going to put it in your cooter than make sure it is clean. Don't guess or assume. Always. A lot of the sex shops will educate you on proper cleaning of your toy. As well condoms are not just for penises.
Just because it seems like it needs to be said. It is especially important if you us a toy anally that you clean and disinfect it well after each use. Even if you're going to shove it up your butt again.
Cleanlyness is especially important whenever you're taking anything internally in any of your orifices.
And I really like typing cooter too. *giggle*

Toys are relatively inexpensive. Get your own.
