Trying to remember a horror movie I seen in the late 90's. Don't remember too much but key facts about the movie that I do remember is a handsome man fooling people into believing he was a good guy when in actuality he was a scary boogie man looking thing. He had some type of powers because he ended up putting a teenage girl into a framed picture that was hanging on the wall & lit the picture on fire while the girl was calling out for help in this compressed picture frame. Another thing I remember were two girls who were sisters playing tennis some time in the beginning of the movie. (One of the sisters was the one put into the picture frame)
