It's not too early to tell and if you normally have regular

You can test now using first morning urine. If that is negative, wait a week and retest. It is not uncommon for a woman to miss a period for little to no reason. If the second test is negative, wait until your next period is due to test again if it does not come when expected.

It's not too early to tell and if you normally have regular periods then this is a sure sign of pregnancy. If you are in fact pregnant most doctors add 2weeks before your last period I to the equation. Why? I do not know. So that would make you 6 weeks pregnant. If you're saying that you're intercourse that happened 9/30 is the cause of your possible pregnancy then you would be 22 days pregnant giving a few days leeway for the sperm to attach itself and fertilize the egg.

The only way to know would be to test using first morning urine. As a medical professional in women's health, I would advise that it is too early to tell at this point since we don't know the OPs medical history, what her cycles are i.e. if she is regular or not, and when she ovulated.

Could you give some expert info on these statements?
I can tell you why we give a two week window either way. I'd like to hear your rationalization.
Also, can you tell us why a late or missed period is a sure sign of pregnancy? In nursing school I was taught, and still practice (as I practice medicine in a nursing scope now) that the only sure sign of pregnancy is a positive ultrasound.
I think you have your heart in the right place, but your "facts" are a bit skewed.
