So I feel a very strong mental connection to this girl but she is 16 and I am 19 a friend introtroduced me to her and she is exactly like me in every way. We each feel very comfortable just talking about many different spiritual matters and she is very mature for her age. Normally I wouldn't even think about dating someone this young but considering the above I am iffy on what to do. Of course she is a minor so I am not stupid enough to do anything but is it okay to hug and kiss or is that too considered illegal?
