I have a 2000 chevy venture I just changed my coolant and bleed it through the bleeder screws wile filling it. Now I have my coolant going into my resivour tank. Could this be still air in the system.

It's very important, these days, to read your Owner's Manual on how to properly drain and refill your cooling system. I've seen engines blow head gaskets for not following the correct procedure in the O.M.
With that said, I suspect you should clean and refill the reservoir tank to the max line. Then, I would open the bleeder bolt and add coolant to the radiator, until it starts coming out of the bleeder bolt.
