I had already been on probation since 2010 but they put warrant out for me oct 2010 when they caught me I was riding with some friends they pulled us over and charge me possession mj less than oz but the bage they found under drive seat where I was sitting

So what is the question, you are on probation for a felony, You are charged with another crime that is a misdemeanor,

A misdemeanor is enough to violate your probation, You are required to report it, and actually not reporting it, could be a more serious violation.

They will wait normally to see if you are convicted of new crime, and if so, they will revoke you to a hearing, Most likely put you back on probation
