June? "so I'm about to be 15" Hmmmmm.
No, guys that old are too old for you. And you are too young to be dating. You could make a guy a prospect for jail and life as a sex offender.

You just turned 15.
You are jail-bait and are too young to date, but somehow I think you know that.

You just turned 15.
I understand that she is 14 and will be 15 next June. "I'm about to be 15" Am I wrong?

I read this as a 14 year old that will be 15 in 8 months. That's not even nearly "about" to be 15.
I'm about to be 15
No matter what, 14 or 15, you need your parents permission to date, and I don't know a single parent that would allow their 14 year old child to date an adult male.
What 18 or 19 year old man would want to date a 14 year old child? It won't be because he wants to play barbies or go to a PG 13 movie.

its perfectly fine. You shouldnt let anyone let you think otherwise.
Can you post the law on this, because every law I read, it's not at all fine, unless her parents agree that she, a 14 year old child, can date an 18 year old adult.
Even if her parents agree, that doesn't mean that she can have any sexual contact with this adult. Sexual contact can include kissing and anything else sexual. So why in the world would an 18 year old want to date a 14 year old to begin with? And, if he did, and isn't a pedo creep, why would he date anyone he can't even kiss? Makes no sense.
If he does have any sexual contact with her, he's off to jail and on a sexual offenders registry for life. Doesn't sound like a very good idea to me.
Either way, your post is wrong. It does matter what others think, because everyone else is posting the law, not the "you can do whatever you want because you're 14 and I am too, and we know everything" crap.

Edit. Oops, sorry, I posted "You can do whatever you want because you're 14 and I am too, and we know everything".
My mistake.
You're only 12.

So tell me again, what do you know about the law?

It is not perfectly fine for a 14 year old to date an 18 year old.
Any 18 year old in his right mind would stay clear of her and in my opinion a mother in her right mind would not approve. This cannot happen without the mother's approval.
