I have been having sharp pains in my chest and pain in both arms for about a week. I gave birth to a healthy baby 3 months ago. I am 20 yrs old and have high blood pressure and my resting heart rate is normally between 98-116. I am 5'7 and weigh 198 ((after having my daughter)) and i also have not stopped bleeding yet.

Maybe you should be going to the doctor to find out what is wrong.
