If he is telliing the truth I have to agree with bronzeababe. That sounds like a serious medical problem. Most guys complain about Having an orgasm too fast. I have never heard about someone that can't have orgasms. I'm curious can he masturbate himself to orgasm. If so it could be a mental thing.
