I am 17 Years old and live with my dad... I am newly landed in Canada by winning a appeal on my PR status here... My PR card is under production... I live with my dad and his partner... the partner is here on a visitor visa but is working in a store... I hate her and want to report her but am scared that my dad will abandon me and might harm me as I am still dependent... Please Help

They will most likely not deport them for that, and your dad may decide to send you back, as a minor he can decide where you live.
I am sorry this is so petty, that you are playing childish games wanting to harm someone because you don't like them, and it is your dad's partner.

I hate her because since she has come to live with us life has become hell... in the sense she always tries to show me as if she has more right on my dad than me... And my dad is too chicken to stand up to her nonsense... but thanks a lot mate

Actually if she is working without a work visa that can get her deported! How did she enter? As a visitor? If so then she had to leave when it's done or be removed for violating it by working. Take pictures of her at work if you can! How close are you to 18? YOU are a permanent resident and can probably avoid being sent back by your dad, plan to make a life for yourself- if you really want to do this

medhajnumb, you are here being a bit selfish and looking for your own good... how will your dad feel about you if he gets to know you did this to him and what respect you would have in his eyes? Not being so judgemental, I believe that he too has a life apart from being your father and needs someone to support him.
Just because you don't like her does not make her a bad partner...
In some time you might also have a partner and how would you feel if someone did this to you or to your partner? And I am pretty sure that if might move on with your life once you have a partner - what will happen to your dad then?
Life is short, give plenty of love to all or the least live and let live... you are big girl now, try to sort your problem with both of them amicably... instead of stabbing your dad and his partner on the back...

Personal reasons aside- I just love how no one responding cares that this woman is committing a freaking crime! Canada does not need people coming here and working illegally! If she's such a fine upstanding person then do things the right way! Great way to raise kids- come to Canada under false pretences and do something illegal! Give me her info Name and who she works for I'll report her. I lost a job and had my life destroyed by someone working under the table. This kind of thing is BS and you people are turning a blind eye to a crime and telling a teen not to be petty and childish. What high morals you have, being childish and petty is not OK but doing illegal things that hurt Canadians and our economy is !
