Hey people, I was madly in love with a girl arnd 4 years back! She was in another relationship so didn't accept me but told me that she would have accepted me if she had seen me before her 1st boy friend! I was in deep depression and then forced myself to move on and got into another relationship! I was able to forget her initially but now am again missing her badly in spite of being in a relationship! I feel I should have waited for her before I got into a relationship! I need her back, what do you think I can do? :(

All you need is to move forward!

You never had her to "get her back" You and her were never in a relationship and you don't even know if things would have worked.
So break up with the girl you are with, since you don't want to be withher, it is not fair to her.
Then I assume she is no single,

Move on, get on with your life, do things to keep busy...
And yes, break up with the poor woman you are with, who can probably sense that you aren't all there for her.
'Single' can mean not married, or it can mean not in a relationship. Which is it?

Then what are you waiting for?
But break up FIRST, go see her SECOND. If you fail, it's OK to be alone for a while.

Am a bit hesitant because she wouldn't have any faith on me as I got into another relationship when she didn't accept me before! So how ll she ever trust me?

Don't be silly. She turned you down! You didn't have to wait for the rest of time to see if she'd be back. She knows that. 'Trust' has nothing to do with any of this.
Buy some flowers, be super glad to see her, and blurt it out - I've been hoping for this day, can we try to see if it will work this time? Or whatever you can think of that is positive and hopeful. Sure, she might say 'oh I've changed, or I'm sort of suffering right now and want to be alone, or I'm into someone else... ' but what if she says yes? You have to find out, don't you?
